Attendees will learn more about ENA's policy priorities and their impact on emergency nurses. They will also have the opportunity to gather important insights from experts in policy and congressional strategy. It culminates with a "day on the Hill" where they will meet with their representatives, senators, and their staff and share their stories and advocate for policies to improve the practice of emergency nursing. The 2020 State and Chapter Leaders Orientation is a leadership development event designed specifically for 2020 core officers including: president, president-elect, secretary, and treasurer. This Orientation provides the knowledge, leadership, and networking opportunities these positions need to effectively manage their roles for their term.
